Buffer Overrun Detected

Hi, Since I got broadband I have been getting a window opening entitled Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library with the message:
Buffer overrun detected!
Program: C:\Program Files\Hotbar\bin\4.1.8.0\HbSrv.exe
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.
When I click the OK button it goes away for a few moments and then reappears. Any Ideas?

This is what Hotbar is.Try the removal tool.

Then just to be safe these instructions carefully.
