Looking for bypass/program that ignores error 5 so i can atlast make myself limited user without having to enter safe mode admin or any other admin

What exactly are you trying to do?

An administrator cannot change his or her own account type to limited,

unless there is at least one other administrator account.

There always has to be one administrator account in existence.

If you want to run as a limited user,create another admin account,

then change your original account to limited.

All this can be done in "User Accounts" in the control panel.
