Can My PC Max Unreal Tournament 3?

Hey, recently I have been thinking about upgrading my PC to play unreal tournament 3. I am thinking of upgrading to an AMD 64 4200+ x2 processor (socket 939 like my mobo), and an Nvidia 8800 GT. I also have 2gb or DDR1 memory (Whatever the standard for that is, pc 3200 I think) which shouldn't be a problem because the low latencies on DDR1 basically makes up for its lack of speed. So what I was wondering is: would this proposed upgrade be able to run Unreal Tournament 3 at max settings smoothly?

Ya you should have no problems maxing unreal tournament with those specs.
