Can somebody please analyze my minidump?

I have a computer that keeps crashing with a blue screen with 0x00000000a. The blue screen does not give me a file or any other info to track down the error. It does it randomly and have tried trouble shooting with different hardware disconnected and programs running, but have not been able to replicate the problem on a consistent basis. I have some minidumps, but I can not seem to figure out how to read them. I will attach them to this thread. If somebody can tell me what is behind this chaos, I would really appreciate it. I do not want to do an rebuild if I don't have to...not to mention that might not fix it.

points to ntkrpamp.exe ( a kernal file) - generally caused by not having the latest security updates. download service pack 2 with all updates.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

2 minidumps crash at HSF_CNXT.sys. This is your modem driver. Try updating the driver and see if that helps. If not, try a different modem.

2 minidumps crash at ntkrpamp.exe. This is the Windows nt & kernel system file.

It`s possible, you have a ram problem as well.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.
