I plan on upgrading to an AMD 2500+, and I'd like to know significant differences between these motherboards.

I know that the info is all laid out there... but i'm just wondering if you guys have any special opinions or knowledge on these boards...
I know that i should probably spring for the last one there.... it would just take a little longer to save up for is all...

Thanks for your time.

i would not get the ASUS A7N8X-X NVIDIA nForce2-400. it supports ddr400 ram but it cannot run in dual-channel mode.

Well... i believe i am going to be getting the Abit board...
Good price, great compatibility, and it's well placed ports make it ideal for my case...

Thanks for those who viewed but didn't post... :D

if you haven't got it already... and you have a fry's by you, go over there i just got the a7n8x deluxe for 130 bucks plus tax. I believe that it was priced that way till the 18th. Its a very nice board

Well... i'm from Canada... and in Canada, 130 US dollars is like... death to my bank account...
And my friend has been bugging me to get the Abit... he keeps on about the ASUS deluxe having compatibility problems and overclocking problems...

I think imma go with him...
Besides, the Abit looks nicer...
:D

well ive never had any compatabilty problems with the A7N8X deleux - as for overclocking - i havnt tried yet - i need to unlock my CPU and it too much of a faff ATM - its by far the best equiped mobo in terms of features and performance

The Abit board is every bit as good as the Asus and well worth getting.
