Can someone tell me why i keep getting random popups and virus alerts. Thank you.
I would have posted my hijack this thread... but it says to get rid of all url's before posting. what should i do?

Read a few more posts! You would have found that by using "Go Advanced" under the text-box you can attach a file. Do not post a .doc file, nobody in their right mind will open that. Post e.g. hijackthis.txt.
