can you tell me if this is a good gaming comp and a good comp overall for like playing battlefield 2 and other games and is my powersupply and case going to work and will i be able to replace the powersupply in the case with the one i am going to buy

I think it is great computer only thing is that I have heard people say in other threads that for gaming you should stick to one good core but if you don't want to have to upgrade for a while this will do fine either way I think you should be able to play any game that is out right on high settings easily.

You have a dual core processor right now which is great for the future but now you should just get single core like this

I don't think that it matters too much.

You're right. Dual core is just gonna cost you more for less performance increase. They are worthless for games. Get a 3500+ or up and with the money you saved get a better motherboard.
