Cannot access control panel.

I don't know much about computer so i dont really know where to post this, but can anyone help me plz?

I can't access my control panel and when i tried a message pops up and says:

Restriction:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator.

anyway to fix this problem?

Are you logged in as the Administrator? Log in to the computer under the main user account. If there is one.

Try accessing it by clicking start, Run and typing control.exe and hit enter.

Do you get thesame mesage?

hmm..yeah.. i got the same message.

Go into C: Windows/System 32 and look for Control.exe. If it's there then I'm sorry but I am useless to you. If it's not then Malware has moved or corrupted your Control Panel.

i rebooted my comp and it was fine again.
