Cannot access disk cleanup, it gets frozen

Hello. I"m tryin to get into disk cleanup so I can clean up some things and free up some much needed space, but everytime i try to get into disk clean up it says it may take a few minutes to load up to allow me to do some deleting and it never ends up loading for me it gets frozen. it doesn't matter how long or many times i try to get into it, it gets frozen everytime.

Can u tell me how to fix it? or, maybe get into it another way? i need to clean my disk ya know?

Download CCLEANER it cleans up a lot more than Disk clean up does.

As for why it freezes,am not sure.Perhaps after you run CCleaner it might clear it.

What you are describing can happen whn you have a trojan on your system. just to be on the safe side I would run a trojan detector or cleaner to make sure there is not a trojan on your system. you can download The Cleaner from moosoft.com and use it for thirty days free trial.
