forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

i get a mcafee warning when i try to go to help and support, help ctr.exe contains suspicious scripting activity and has been stopped.

when i click allow this time nothing happens, i tried to disable firewall and open help and the computer restarted.

ran a virus check on the help file...clean. spybot adaware and ms antispy all clean.

i haven't accessed help in a while so i have no idea how long its been this way. any ideas ................thanks t bone

using xp home
