I can't access www.fileplanet.com, it just doesn't load up at all. The whole of my network can't access it either.

I have deleted cookies, internet files etc... still can't access it
I have turned off Windows Firewall... still can't access it
I have turned off Pop-Up blocker.... still can't access it

Can anyone help? Thanks.

It's probably in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
File has no extension, edit it with notepad. It might be read-only.
put a # and a space in front of 127.0.0.1. www.fileplanet.com or any other entries wit fileplanet

No, only if you find an entry for fileplanet in it already, you can either delete that line or 'invalidate' it by putting #-space in front of it.
If your HOSTS file only contains 127.0.0.1 localhost your problem lies somewhere else.
You probably have a firewall or AV or even browser-helper that has this website on a 'blacklist'.
Do a search on your harddisk, for all files that have a word/phrase in it like fileplanet.
That should point you to the program that blocks it.

Ask your parents, obviously! They may have installed such a program before you got the PC.
Don't know your age, and I'm only guessing.
Since that website is for gamers, I'm moving this post to another forum.
