Cant Boot Up

This is probably something dead simple but any assistance would be gratefully received.
PC Keeps rebooting when it gets to AMP440.SYS
Have tried to restart in all modes but just keeps rebooting.
Any ideas?

I'm assuming you meant Agp440.sys, if so, go here for a possible solution.
