can't delete some entries using hijackthis

I went through the steps for "How to remove trojans and its ilk"
Then I went through "How to remove Begin2Search/CoolwebSearch/HomeSearch Assistant etc"

After rebooting everything seemed OK until I installed Trend Internet Security 2006. It said it found a virus in
C:\System Volume Information/restore/RP1/A000006.exe
said it prevented it from running and my whole system locked up.

On rebooting after about 2 minutes the system locks.

When I go back into safe mode and run iwido it finds keys in the registry again. See ewido.txt

Then I run hijackthis and get its log.

I can't delete 2 of the O2 entries with no files. What are they?

Please help

You need to turn off system restore, and scan your computer again. Only after your computer is clean, turn system restore on again.

your log looks clean thoguh but howards is right you need to turn Sytem restore off to be safe, as Melicous files can hide in there
