Ok ive just had problems with ishost.exe & ismon.exe and using this guide https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic54829.html i have fixed the problem. But now in my recycle bin i have 3 files:
  • ixt1.dl
  • ixt2.dll
  • e33b90a9

When ever i try to empty it, the message comes up:

"Cannot delete Dc13: Cannot read from the source file or disk"

Any ideas? i dont want to restore the files for obvious reasons, so what can I do?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You shouldn`t be following instructions designed for someone else.

Restore the files from your recycle bin.

Then go and read this thread HERE.

Post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread and I`ll advise you further.

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but, don`t run it yet.

Download the Ccleaner programme from HERE. Install it, but don`t run it yet.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name. See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: TVEngine Helper /fleok=1D8A83A5C2E6107C91A475760EA83FA5EF80752B94E3D777587B452A3BCF - {4B18DD50-C996-44fc-AC52-0FECFF82ED58} - c:\program files\hbtools\hbtv\hbtvhelper.dll (file missing)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A5366673-E8CA-11D3-9CD9-0090271D075B} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: ToolBar888 - {CBCC61FA-0221-4ccc-B409-CEE865CACA3A} - C:\Program Files\ToolBar888\MyToolBar.dll (file missing)

O3 - Toolbar: ToolBar888 - {CBCC61FA-0221-4ccc-B409-CEE865CACA3A} - C:\Program Files\ToolBar888\MyToolBar.dll (file missing)

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winjyp32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winjyp32.dll

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Run the Ccleaner programme 2 or 3 times.

Empty your recycle bin, if you can.

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted.

This is the filepath your need to enter into killbox.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winjyp32.dll

Once your system has rebooted, turn system restore back on and post a fresh HJT log.

Ok the recycle bin is empty. But when i was in safe mode, and tried to delete winjyp32.dll it said it could not be deleted. So i selected the option "Delete on Reboot". Im not sure if its deleted yet but here is the log anyway.

Lol, if you`d read the instructions properly, you would`ve seen you were supposed to select the delete file on reboot.

Anyway, never mind, your HJT log is clean.

Have HJT fix these two inactive entries.

O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winjyp32 - winjyp32.dll (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread.
