Can't find combofix - link inactive

I'm in the 15 step process to generate all the fun files you all need to work your magic. I click on the combofix and the link is not valid. Is there another place to get this?

BTW, My computer boots and opens an IE window to a.doginhispen. Also my IE is crap unless I start with-out add-ons. Hopefully all this magic is going to make everything all better.

Is now no longer active.
