I've followed Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions, but when it comes to download the Combofix.exe, it shows the FTP side not availabe. then I download DSS. until step14, I've also followed the pictorial guide to set AVG Antispyware, set to quarantine. after the scan, I can't generate the report as there is nothing in report tab, I can't click the "save report as" button. did I do anything wrong?

Symptoms: when I reboot, tavo.exe and ff.exe dialogue box appear showing some of the address can't be "read".
