recently my computer has slowed a bit and now I'm having trouble logging on to a website, www.holts.com, on one computer but get right in on my other computer on the same home network. Would appreciate it if you could take a look at my logs.

Also couldn't get video streaming on the web and fixed it by installing WMP 11 after learning that vbscript.dll was missing.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but don`t run it yet.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: otoviaaximfviuusxmqi - {08075caf-7187-427e-a61f-f147aad6f2a2} - C:\DOCUME~1\ken\APPLIC~1\aveaqndcr.dll (disabled by BHODemon)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {18CEA7E7-772F-02A3-70F7-A0D8CA9113FC} - (no file)

O16 - DPF: {65FDEDF3-8ED9-4F5B-825E-18C2D44191A7} (OneCCCtl Class) - http://d.66.155.171.55.downloads.estara.com./as/OneCCDM.php?template=107031&sess ionid=175825234_71.224.124.158_2357&=&req=1166837258232OneCC.cab

O21 - SSODL: hirtellous - {fa19bd7e-50bc-4203-80ac-c4edc81ca9a3} - (no file)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted. If your computer doesn`t automatically restart, restart it manually.

This is the filepath you need to enter into killbox.

C:\DOCUME~1\ken\APPLIC~1\aveaqndcr.dll

Once your system has rebooted, rehide your protected OS files.

Post a fresh HJT log and let me know if you`re still having problems.

Regards Howard

Your HJT log is now clean.

This is what I get when I click on your link.

Well, the site does say, it`s having problems, so it looks like you`re sorted. Incidentally, I`m using Firefox 2.0.0.2.
