Can't view icons files

I am trying to view icons under Window XP Sp2, but they all displayed with ACDsee icon. I have ACDsee version 5.0 installed and I uncheck the ICO file from the file association list, but it didn't help.

I would appreciate your advise

I am trying to view .ICO files from Windows Explorer/Icons view but the icon displayed the ACDsee icons instead of the icon. I solved the problem in a PC where ACDsee version 6.0 is install by unchecking the association for ICO files, but on my PC the version is ACDsee 5.0 and this solution doesn't help. Attached screen shot of the icons displays.
