I have recently had to buy basically all new components for a computer which were
Motherboard
Processor
Graphics Card
RAM
The problem is, is that when I try and burn a CD or DVD with my CDRW or my DVDRW drive(which worked perfectly before in my old PC) they only get to a certain percentage and then stop, however the elapsed time keeps on going so the program doesn't crash. Also depending on the size of the thing you are trying to download depends on the percentage it gets to, so say I burn something really small it may get to 50% and if I burn the same thing again it always gets up to the same percentage. I have tried:
Reinstalling Windows
Different Makes Of Disk
Burning At Different Speeds
Just Plugging In My CDRW And Not My DVDRW drive
Using Different Software
If anyone knows how to fix it could you please tell me
