Hi, I'm trying to get my Satellite Pro 4600 to run DOD correctly. Along my road to dominate my machine, I tried Powerstrip. Now according to this program, I have an aparture size of 64MB on my system (wich is normal since the system had 128MB of ram at the beginning). B
ut Now that I upgraded my ram to 384, I'd like to see the aparture size go up to 192 MB (AGP aparture size IS supposed to be 50% of total ram right?). There is no way to change that in the bios, and many AGP options or unavaillable for editing using powerstrip.
I managed to turn on : side band adressing, 4X transfer.
I'd like to turn on : transfer mechanism, material activation and give some system memory.

If anyone knows how to turn this whole thing 100% efficient, I'll get you a nice cold beer!

I hate to tell you this but if there is no option to change it in the BIOS then I would think there is no chance to change it at all. I've never heard of being able to change the AGP aperature size anywhere else but in the BIOS.
