Recently i was changing the fsb of my cpu, and when i restarted the computer...the monitor will not turn on. I tried a different monitor, same thing... It has power..just will not recognize when i turn the power on.
Burnt something? Is the FSB the only thing you changed?
Clearing Cmos is probably the only way to reset BIOS if its stuffed like this. Just open the case and remove the batt, and wait for 30 secs, longer if you want. Usually I remove it and make some coffee
Or for a faster way, but a coin of the came size in there and wait 10 secs.
Or on some m/b, you can press one button. If you got one of those, and didn't know that existed, you just wasted your money
If clearing the Cmos doesn't work, test to see the graphics card is still alright. You might've forgotten to change the AGP/PCI/SRC ratio, and might've burnt that, but its quite unlikely. Remove and try on a different system.
