Changing XP User account name?

I'm currently stuck with Administrator, there doesn't appear to be a "Change Name" option under Control Panel > User Accounts

I selected the account & looked for it as instructions I found on google said - but it's not there. Are there any other ways to do so?

Control panel, user accounts, change account, click on icon, change the name

Just found out the problem, the account is the Administrator account that's suppose to be only viewable at SafeMode Bootup. I've created a second one but it keeps booting straight into the Administrator - does anyone know how to fix this?
