I get CPU usage spikes even when idling. My HJT log is attached

You are using an outdated version of HJT.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

Post a fresh uptodate HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.

Apart from a few (no file)/(file missing) entries, your HJT log is clean.
