CiD: I need help to beat this wee nasty

CiD pop-ups are causing me problems... can anyone tell me how to get rid of this malware? I've tried spybot, norton, AVG and have got rid of windows live with no success.

On a far wider issue, CiD is making money from advsertising for reputable companies such as BT - my service provider - yet CiD is slowing down the use of my PC through the constant hijacking of the screen. Is there someway we could raise action against those behind this intrusion?
