CID popup problem

Hello,

i have problems with those CID popups in IE. The strange thing is I always use Firefox, not IE...?? In fact this CID popup opens in IE when I'm actually using Firefox?????

I have also tried many tools to remove it, from Adware to SpyWare Doctor.

I'm attaching a log, which was made with HijackThis version 2.0.0.2 and exe file renamed to Crusty.exe.
