CiD popup removal

I found the "Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions" thread by searching for how to remove CiD popups, as my Ad-Aware wasn't removing them. I followed every step, but am a bit confused about what HiJackThis does that the other programs don't accomplish (I've attached all the logfiles requested).
The combofix scan didn't turn anything up, and neither did the Panda Antirootkit scan. The popups haven't reoccurred since, but I don't know how to tell if the problem has been entirely solved.

All your logfiles are clean.

You can delete all the tools etc you used during the cleanup.
