What is the difference in the Athlon 64 Clawhammer vs the Athlon 4000 San Diege? Is one better? I'm planning on using it in a MSI K8N Neo4 SLI. Will that work well, and will it work with Antec Neopower 480? Thanks.

The San Diego is a 90nm core, the Clawhammer 130nm. You want the 90nm San Diego, it uses less power and has some minor improvements to the core.

Your PSU (power supply) is made by a good company and should be plenty. It all depends on what else you plan on hooking up. If you are planning on sticking in two video cards, you may not have enough juice.

You can calculate your needs here: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/index.jsp

thanks

Thanks for the reply, I think that the power supply will be enough, I have read reviews that said it could do sli with 7800 GTX OC, and be ok. I will probably get a new power supply, if and when I do sli. I'm thinking Truepower II 550 Watt. Thanks.
