Clickspring Malware That I Cannot Remove Need Advice?

My ad-aware SE Professional finds the following everytime I start my computer up and it is able to block it but everysince this happened I have been unable to run checkdisk on my laptop and I cannot get this removed. I am running windows xp home edition with Norton Antivirus 2004 with internet security. Can someone please give me some advice on this.
