Cmd and taskmgr problems

hey all!

My problem is, that when I try to run cmd it says "already in use by anoher programme" and that's a VERY big problem for me right now since I'm working on a projekt where I have to use a .bat file (The projekt needs to be with .bat) and the bat files can't run either...

My Taskmgr problem isn't so importent but nothing happens when i use ctrl-alt-del...

I've attached my HJT log...

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with a variety of malware. You`re also running an outdated version of HijackThis.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
