CnC 3 Tiberium Wars restarts my comp when i launch the game

Can somone please help me I dont know where to start.

I double click on the icon on my desktop and it seems to load then it just restarts. I have a ATI radeon express 200 and the game says it needs a video card wi at least 64MB and it has to be either an ATI radeon 8500, 9500 or vista, NVIDIA Geforce4 6100 or vista.

It say that ATI radeon 9200, 9250PCI Nvidia geforce Mx are not supported.

I had the demo some months ago and i downloaded one thing dispite my computer not having enough RAM and it worked, but i forgot what it was.

Make sure you have the latest DirectX and video drivers.

this ati catalyst thing is not working on my computer is there any other page that has the vidro drivers on it?

Have ya read the instruction on how to un-install your old driver first etc?
