Combofix question.

hello sir/madam thank you very much for ur suggession . even i got the same problem. i couldn't open my control panel and also system properties. after i tried combofix.exe , now i can able to access them , thank you very much. and also i would like to say hi to everyone in this community,thank u very much. and i have a small , shall i keep combofix exe in my system or i should remove it and also the CFscript.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I have merged your posts and moved them to their own thread.

You shouldn`t be following instructions that were given to someone else. You especially, shouldn`t run Cfscripts that were specific for another member.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
