Command service Help with HJT Log! THANKS

OK..... some how My grilfriend has gotten Command service Sptbot
will not get rid of it..... ???
With out usen a UBCD v 3.3 DOD LOL

i have HJT but i have no clue as how to use it...

I think that i got log like you needed so i am going to post it and maybe someone will be able to tell me how to get rid of this for her Thanks,

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O9 - Extra button: MUSICMATCH MX Web Player - {d81ca86b-ef63-42af-bee3-4502d9a03c2d} - http://wwws.musicmatch.com/mmz/openWebRadio.html (file missing)

Fix all 016_DPF entries.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: SideBySide - C:\WINDOWS\system32\m6polg7316.dll (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

Other than the above entries, your HJT log is clean.

Ok so i have done all the stuff you told me to do and it still seems to be finding the Command Service In spybot ?

Any ideas?

Sorry I forgot to mention that.

It`s absolutely nothing to worry about. It is in fact a false positive in Spybot. See HERE for more info.
