comp restarts bugcheck problems 0x100000a

hi there i have been looking throught ur site and cant figure out how to fix my problem comp keeps on restarting when to to convert movies with vso software or playing online games
im a newbie to comp and this site any help will be appriciated i also get bugcheck 1x0000050 could some 1 please help mew out if im posting wrong please let me know im a newbie to this site
running windows xp sp2
