Computer auto restart

Hi can i have a little help on my minidump in my computer? As recently my computer auto restart but it didnt show any error messages. I had zip my minidump, could anyone help me to check what's wrong? My OS is win XP SP2. Thank you!

One of the dumps has crashed at a timer routine and this is a sign of a hardware problem. Update the video card drivers and run Memtest.

Is it possible is a hardware failure? Other thn MemTest, do you have any suggestions to test?
