Computer freezes so not logging minidumps for you to help!

Hi there, this is my first post and im coming to you with a real problem!

my computer keeps freezing at random times, only the reset button works to reboot it.

I had read a lot of peoples problems on this forums, and none of the solutions have seemed to have helped me.

Memtest shows no problems. and there is really no pattern to the freezes other than im on the net.

i wanted to post you some minidumps but as it freezes and i have to manually reboot my pc isnt producing the minidumps to give you.

what can i do?

OS: XP pro
mobo: asrock
ram: 2Gb
hard drive: 200GB
Processor: pentium 4 3.2Ghz
My PC Knowledge: Not fantastically good!

It sounds more like a spyware problem,than a system problem.Try running a few antispyware scans in safe mode.(Turn off system restore).
If that doesn`t work,it`s time for RBS and an HJT log -
