computer infected. help!

can someone please help me with how to fix it.

I have constantly run spyware deleters, I have PC-cillin Trend Micro which is forvevcer sending me warnings that I can't do anything about.

I also run Ad-aware quite frequently and my computer problems have not ceased.

The computer has been affected by a trojan file "_c00122D4.dat" that seems to be untouchable and I have these warnings for url cpvfeed site that is always popping up.

what has happened to my computer?

You need to have a read of this - If your system is infected. Read this before deciding whether to CLEAN or REFORMAT.

Then if you should wish to proceed with cleaning your system you need to go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, Combofix, and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
