computer randomly crashing

I recently upgraded my pc. It was an AMD and it randomly crashed due to what I belief was overheating, so I took off the side panel and put a mini fan on the cpu and it worked fine, except on real hot days.
So I upgraded my CPU and mobo, but the problem is still happening. The computer randomly crashes at any given time, it just turns off, and reboots automatically. Windows then tells me that it has recovered from a serious error. Any help would be appreciated.

Get speedfan from the downloads section and use it to monitor your temperatures for a while!!!!

it has worked fine in the past. it just started about 5months ago, which was overheating I believe. So I got new CPU and Mobo, now I'm not sure if it is an unrelated problem, or the original problem wasn't overheating.

So you used the ram, graphics card, and psu from your old system????

They all tend to suffer after being overheated!!!!
