Computer restarting.

hi guys,

I bought a computer a year ago, whenever I install service pack 2, the first day it works fine, after that it shows some problem, the computer automatically restarts, without service pack2 also the problem occur, but difference is that it occurs occasionally,
I heard that xp have a feature of getting the error dump, I tried to get by dumpchk which is available with xp pro. I have the database below,can any one help me please
my system configuration is
pentium 4 (ht) 3.2 ghz
2 + 512 mb ram with dual channel
80 g.b baracoda harddisk
gigabyte ati motherboard, 486 pin
realtek 100 mbps lan card

Hey,

After you install SP2, did you go through the windows update website and installed all the updates including the drivers? Because there is a good possibility that it might fix the problem.
