My computer randomly stopped being able to play DVDs. It worked about two days ago so i have no idea why it's just stopped

It plays audio CDs and other disks but whenever i put a DVD into the drive it just spits it out again (its one of those drives without a tray.. you just push it in i dunno what thats called)

anyway i REALLY need to get this fixed so does anyone have any ideas?

They'd be appreciated

xx

All of them, it rejected one of the DVDs i watched on it a few days ago

And i also have no idea what that means...

Complete amateur, sorry

DVD players work in world zones so that they only play DVD disks that are licenced for that zone (Europe/Far East/etc) - and they will only allow so many changes. If you have exceeded the number of changes this is what will happen but you should get a message telling you why it will not play. If not this there is a possible software error - is your DVD player installed? If not, find the CD that came with the machine with your software on it and reinstall the DVD player.
