Computer Won't Start! Fatal Failure?

Hi there. My computer is really startin to piss me off.
Whenever I turn it on, the power light comes on, the CD drive and DVD drive start up, but no beep, and the POST code is FF. I have not made any changes in my system for a few months, and it's been running fine up until now. I cannot boot from CD, DVD, or floppy. I'm at a total loss.
Here's my system specs:
AMD Athlon 64
EPoX 9NDA3J nForce 3 Ultra Mobo
1 60GB HD
1 10GB HD
Radeon 9200 128MB

I've been reading up about the POST code FF, and i've found numerous versions of the same answer: it's dead. Either add-on-card failure, mobo failure, or jsut general, all-around deadness. :(
Can anybody help me? or should I just send back the mobo to EPoX?

Hello! Welcome to TechSpot

First off, lets do some trouble shooting.
Hate to have you send a good MoBo out.
Power down and unplug power cord.
Open the box, start checking everything.
power connectors, data cables,reboot
re-seat all devices
video card, ram, sound etc.
clean it out dust.
reboot
If no help then try a different video card.reboot
How much ram and how many sticks?
If more then one, pull one out then switch them.reboot
G'Luck and post back

Weel, don't I feel dumb...

Well, i pulled the video card, modem, RAM and NIC and put them all back and it works just like it did before it died. :) (quasi-perfect, but that'll do!)

thanks so much. next time I'll just try this from the get-go. :)
