Connected but no surfing II

Hello,

I tried 70.85.4.244 and got the same ole error message that the connection was refused. And again I launched Limewire and was able to use the connection... so only browsers trying to view webpages are 'refused' and not working.

I would appreciate any advice about what to do next.

I'm trying to see if it's a DNS issue you're having.
