Connected to network but no internet (rsvp322.dll just removed)

Hi there,
I am having a frustrating problem. My pc says it is connected to the wireless network (5 bars) but I can't access the internet.
The last time I was able to accesws it was before my antivirus (symantec corporate edition) found and deleted rsvp322.dll.
Since then I have had no luck accessing the internet.
I am running XP.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is starting at the point, where you have network connections (under Start -All Programs - accessories - communications) open.
