Connecting CAT5 cables to an RJ45 wall jack. Anyone?

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect a CAT5 cable to a wall jack. I'm not sure how to do it as I'm totally unfamiliar with it. I've searched online but the instructions are not clear enuf. There isn't any guide on the wall jack that I bought. Only indicators pointing out AB on each side.

Anyone has any idea?
