Connecting Front Panel Audio To Motherboard

I just cant seem to figure out how these pins will connect onto my motherboard hd audio pins.

wires from case front panel are:

MIC IN®
GND


MIC POWER (L)
(single orange wire)


LINE OUT RL
LINE OUT FL


LINE OUT FR
LINE OUT RR

I have no idea on how to connect these pins, the case manual is confusing to me.
if anyone could help it will be much appreciated. thanks.
 
This has been a tough task for many of us... Just keep trying connections. You might get lucky

One thing,
with the wires you have coming from the front panel you have to use the AC97 configuration only
 
On many motherboards the AC97 and the HD sound share headers... Try connecting the AC97 front panel wires to the HD header using only pins 1-7
 
i have one of these plugs:

if i take the wires out of the other plugs (case wires) and plug them into the new one any chance of it working?
