Control/ALT/DLT Opens then Close's

Cntrl/Alt/Dlt it comes up for about 2 seconds then close's

I've been trying to get rid of this problem all day. Thought it was the yaha worm and tried to get rid of it several times. But it doesnt seem to work. Someone please help me get rid of this problem.

Edit: REGEDIT.exe same thing happens, msconfig.exe same problem.

personally, I would say to run a full virus scan, and run a full scan for spyware. These seem to be the usual two culprits.

On that subject, following RBS's thread here and then posting the resultant log may help.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSNGMSNGR32.EXE


^ That is the culprit right there. I to copy taskmgr, then renamed it taskmgr.co, after that ran a log and found "C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSNGMSNGR32.EXE" located it and deleted it. So far taskbar seems to be working again. Virus scans and admunchers did nothing.
