Counter Strike Help!

After I have installed the first cd of Counter Strike Condition Zero, I put in the second cd and my computer freezes. After that I have to turn off my computer. This has happened about 3 times now and have no clue what to do. I just bought a brand new dell dimension e310. Please Help. Thank You

first, fill out your computer specs dude

cant really go with much until you do. might suspect that 2nd disc is scratched or bad. have you checked the disc? does the comp freeze up after you put the disc in, or when you hit ok/continue?

i put in the second disk and then click continue. i checked the back of the cd and there was a medium light scratch. Could that be the problem, but besides that there was nothing.
