CPU problem

well, im not that great with computers (xp),
but what i know is that when ever i playing games on this comp it crashes and restart, the problem is that the +3.3v goes under 3.3 and i got no idea how to push it bak up.

How far below 3.3....?

Voltage drop is caused by excessive draw on the power supply. Youcould have a failing or simply inadequate PSU.
