KLIF.SYS might be the problem. This looks to have been left behind after removing Kaspersky. There's also a Trend Micro file by itself. These need to be removed.
peterdiva may well be correct. I also see you have Zonealarm running. This may also be part of the problem. Uninstall Zonealarm and temporarily use the Windows Firewall.
Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
