Crashes on IIS 6.0, here the logs and minidumps, S.O.S.

I am having IIS 6.0 on win2k3 SP1 crashes.

THese are the last 2 Event log 1003:

have you applied MS Hotfixes? IIS is really susceptible to intrusion attacks to say the least.
