Crazy/distorted Pixels in all 3d games nvidia geforce fx 5600

I recently purchased an Nvidia geforce fx 5600 128 mb graphics card. I'm running an amd sempron 2 ghz processor with 960 megs of ram. The computer I installed this card on has a geforce 4 mx integrated graphics card. The problem is after installing the card, I fired up a couple different games, first game i fired up was fable. Game started normal worked fine, then like 30 seconds into the game it freezes for 1-2 seconds then the screen becomes all pixelled and distorted like. The game still runs, it doesn't crash and it also plays fine, no freezing etc. It did this with all the games i tried it with, (deus ex, full spectrum warrior, brothers in arm earned in blood, fable, vampire the masquerade, and morrowind.) After the pixelation begans, u exit the game and reenter even after reboot and pixelazation is always there. It doesn't effect movies or anything else just actual game play. I've tried many different things, updating drivers etc. I made sure my geforce 4 mx driver was uninstalled properly first and then installed my geforce fx 5600 properly. Still no luck, I also tried going back, reloading geforce mx drivers then uninstalling them, then disabling the vga device, then installing new card and it still gives me the pixels. Please help, I've been waiting forever to buy a card and i probably won't be able to afford one for awhile =(. Any help is greatly appreciated.

some dxdiag info here, i didn't know if it would be helpful or not?
